Abolon AG acted as exclusive search and buy-side M&A adviser to Medisolve, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, on the acquisition of a majority stake in WISAG Medizintechnischer Service GmbH (WMT) from the WISAG Group.<\/p>\n
With revenues of over \u20ac180 million, more than 1,000 employees and operations in Italy and Spain, Medisolve is the European leader in integrated management and maintenance services for biomedical equipment. The transaction marks Medisolve\u2019s strategic entry into Germany, Europe\u2019s largest MedTech market. WMT will serve as Medisolve\u2019s platform to develop the Group\u2019s presence in the German market, leveraging its technical and operational expertise to support further growth. Abolon identified WMT as a proprietary acquisition opportunity for Medisolve. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n
