Abolon advises on the acquisition of nursing home operator ARGENTUM Ilsede

Abolon advised Noventus Care on the acquisition of a portion of the ARGENTUM Care Group, which was acquired from Lafayette Mittelstand Capital. The transaction was completed on October 17, 2025. The purchase price remains confidential. ARGENTUM Ilsede operates a residential nursing home in the Peine district of Lower Saxony. It offers both long-term and short-term care and is one of two operators in Ilsede, a local center for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes with a population of 22,000.
