PflegeButler is a highly successful and rapidly growing alternative outpatient care provider, offering superior value to clients by combining assisted living and a range of innovative care services. The company currently operates 9 facilities in Lower Saxony and plans to expand rapidly.
The transaction was announced two weeks ago. Armira’s investment will be used to accelerate the growth of the group, initially in Lower Saxony through the development of greenfield facilities.
