Abolon has been the exclusive adviser to Medipart AG, Switzerland, (“Medipart”) on the sale of its majority stake in the share capital of Actiol GmbH (“Actiol” or the “Company”) to an international investor group. The transaction has been closed end of June 2021. The transaction value has been agreed to be kept confidential.
Actiol is a stock corporation with registered office in Amöneburg, Germany. The Company is active in development and manufacturing of ophthalmic biomaterials, particularly acrylic IOL polymers.
