JOBS

Corporate Finance Advisor with a focus on the Healthcare Sector

Tasks:

You will work with an experienced team on M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.

You will work on a diverse range of healthcare transactions in the UK/European market and beyond. Insights into how the, often complex, healthcare markets work will be important inputs into your recommendations of transaction process management and valuation.

You will prepare regular progress updates and present those updates and financial analysis to our clients.

Profile:

You have several years of experience with a corporate finance (transaction advisory/M&A) firm with some focus on the healthcare sector. You have excellent academic records in business administration, accounting, natural sciences or medicine.

You have strong analytical skills. You work in a structured approach and are solution-oriented. You are a strong team player and possess strong communication skills. In addition, you have a strong commitment to excellence and work well under pressure. In particular, you like the deal environment and work hard to complete transactions.

You should be proficient in English (oral and written). Ideally you have international experience – through exchange studies, internships, work experience, etc.

Our offering:

We provide opportunities to work with leading financial investors and healthcare companies in Europe and beyond.

We provide tailored coaching to enable you to grow with your challenges, yet expect you to engage in “your” transactions independently.

We are looking forward to your contact!
